The mission of
Nurse Leader, AONE's official bi-monthly journal, is "to provide the vision, skills, and tools needed by nurses currently in, or aspiring to, leadership positions." In an easy-to-read format, each issue focuses on how to make the transition from management to leadership as well as take existing leadership skills and experience to a higher level.
Unique features of the new journal include a cover story that explores the leadership paths taken by a well-known nurse leader as well as departments and columns that focus on areas of special interest to nurse leaders. Also, each issue features a nurse executive as the guest editor.
Nurse Leader is published by Elsevier Science, a leading publisher of scientific, technical and medical information products and services. Roxane B.
